If your chocolate bar is already among the top sellers in your country, you have something valuable to protect: a distinctive product, loyal customers and a brand with proven appeal.

Britain is a nation of chocolate lovers, 95% of Britons eat chocolate, with four in five enjoying it at least weekly (Mintel). The UK is a key European market and finding a manufacturing partner who understands precisely what makes it successful is critical. At James Chocolates, we bring together recipe development, BRCGS AA* manufacturing, compliant design and packaging support which help you launch in the UK with confidence.

Your recipe, carefully matched.

We start with your existing product as the benchmark. Our chocolate technologist works with you to match its flavour, sweetness, texture and mouthfeel, alongside the fillings, inclusions, shape and weight that define your bar. Small trial batches give you the opportunity to taste, compare and refine. You approve the finished recipe before we move into commercial production, with ingredient sourcing and manufacturing requirements considered throughout.

Packaging, ready for a new market

Your packaging carries your brand recognition. Preserving that identity matters just as much as getting the chocolate right. We work with your team to match the presentation of your existing range, coordinating wrapper formats, print requirements, retail cartons and shelf-ready packaging. Our technical team reviews the artwork for UK labelling requirements, including ingredients, allergens and nutritional information. The result is a product that retains its identity while being prepared for UK retail.

Manufacturing buyers can trust

At our English factory, controlled production, approved ingredient suppliers, traceability and quality checks support consistent results from batch to batch. Our BRCGS standards underpin the food safety and manufacturing assurance that major UK retail buyers expect.

We believe in long-term partnerships to support your growth in the UK. Learn more about our chocolate manufacturing process here.
