At James Chocolates, food safety and quality aren’t just checkboxes, they’re at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we’re thrilled to share that we’ve recently passed our BRC audit again, keeping our BRC AA+ accreditation, the highest possible rating under the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety.

If you're not aware, BRC accreditation is a globally acknowledged standard indicating that a food business complies with the highest levels of safety, quality, and legality. It assures our customers that each product we produce is managed with care and precision.

The AA+ grade is especially meaningful because the “+” means the audit was unannounced. Inspectors can show up at any time, so passing under these conditions is a true reflection of how we work every day! It’s a real testament to the dedication of our team and the care we put into every process.

Achieving this accreditation again is thanks to the hard work and passion of everyone at James Chocolates. Every department, every step, every person plays a role in making sure our chocolates are produced safely, responsibly, and to the highest standard.
