Handmade Chocolate Truffles
All our chocolate truffles are handmade with real fresh cream for a great flavour and a soft, melting texture. The rich ganache centres are flavoured with natural fruits, spirits, spices and flavourings to make our chocolate truffles taste fresh, vibrant and luxurious. They are hand enrobed in high cocoa chocolate and then packed in our beautiful James gift packs.
 Raspberry TrufflesRaspberries, a splash of Balsamic, fresh cream and chocolate.
A smooth ganache of fresh cream, pureed raspberries, raspberry liqueur and a dash of balsamic vingegar. To finish these are coated in crisp dark chocolate and rolled in cocoa and raspberry powder. Odd you may think, but it really brings out the raspberriness. The people at the Great Taste Awards liked them so much they gave them 2 gold stars in 2010. Weight 100g Contains Milk & Soya.
