These Macaroon discs are inspired by the latest Parisien Macaroon craze. Fine dark chocolate discs with "Grumpy Mule" single estate coffee are sandwiched with a yielding caramel almond praline filling. These delicious discs won 2 gold stars at the Great Taste Awards 2011.
