Luxurious ganache of fresh cream and Marc de Champagne liqueur

A classic chocolate combination! The smooth ganache (that’s fresh cream and chocolate to you and me) is blended with Marc de Champagne and coated in dark chocolate before being hand rolled in icing sugar. These luxurious truffles are dark, rich and smooth with a warming alcoholic glow.

These truffles are packed in our signature "James" pack with a ribbon loop and tag.

Interesting chocolate fact no 1: often simply called "Champagne Truffles" these are rarely made with champagne. Marc de champagne is in fact a liqueur made as a by product of champagne production. This is what is usually used in "Champagne" truffles.
