Delivery & Returns
Delivery costs £3.95 for orders upto £34.99 and is free on orders of £35 or more. We may deliver using Royal Mail or a courier service who will require a signature – please ensure that someone will be available to receive your order. For deliveries to multiple addresses please place each order separately.
While anyone in the world may visit the site, we can only accept orders through the web site for delivery to addresses on the UK Mainland. For deliveries to the Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and EU countries please contact us and we will provide you with a quote.
You should receive you chocolates within 3-5 working days of placing your order. If we are unable to deliver within this time then we will email you to advise. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery on any particular day.
Refunds and Returns
If you need to return anything or have a problem then we would really like to sort it out with you. You can contact us by phone on 01749 831330 (our office is open Monday – Friday 9-5) or by email on firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you'd like to cancel your order then this policy doesn't affect your rights when we're at fault - for example if the items are faulty or described incorrectly. Under the distance selling directive (2000) you can cancel your order any time before delivery and up to 7 working days after delivery. To do this simply email us or write to us. We'll refund your money, including the original postage, within 30 days. If you do cancel then you must return the goods to us at your own expense and you'll also be responsible for the risk of loss or damage in transit so do ensure you have adequate insurance to cover the value.
All chocolates are sent in perfect condition and we try really hard to wrap them well. Sometimes when chocolates have left our factory other people don’t treat them quite as carefully as we do and things are damaged. We’re really sorry about this if it happens. If any items are damaged in transit then please send them back to us with proof of postage and once we receive the item we will either arrange either a credit or send you another. We will also refund reasonable postage charges to you for sending the item back.
